Children's Schedule
We currently hold children’s classes 5 days a week for children 7+ in age. Students are, at this time, allowed to attend all classes for the monthly membership price.
The “Masters” classes are designed for kids who are very interested in the art of jiu jitsu, and are able to pay attention for an entire class without games or other activities.
Monday: 5:15-6:15PM (Masters Kids)
Tuesday: 5:15-6:15PM (All Levels Kids)
Wednesday: 5:15-6:15PM (All Levels Kids)
Thursday: 5:15-6:15PM (All Levels Kids)
Friday: 5:15-6:15PM (Masters Kids)

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu teaches kids discipline, resilience, and responsibility by challenging them to push past obstacles and stay committed to their growth.
Through structured training, they learn to follow instructions, stay focused, and respect their coaches and teammates.
Every class reinforces the value of perseverance—whether mastering a new technique or overcoming setbacks in training.
As they progress, children take ownership of their learning, understanding that effort and consistency lead to success.
These lessons extend beyond the mats, helping them develop confidence, accountability, and a strong work ethic in everyday life.
