Childrens Class Info

Our children's program accepts kids 7+ in age (6 may be alright, we'll need to have them in to evaluate how well they can pay attention in class).

The classes are structured and disciplined, and a uniform is required (we sell starter uniforms at $35 each).

Your child will learn jiu jitsu and wrestling technique modified for their size and age, followed by a fun game to round out the class time. We focus on self-defense, anti-bullying technique, and look at what to do in kidnapping scenarios.

All children's classes are taught by instructors who are:

  • Background Checked

  • SafeSport Certified

  • CPR, First Aid, and Defibrillator Trained

  • Concussion Awareness Trained

  • Verified in Belt Rank and Experience

Adults Class Info

For adults we provide jiu jitsu training for beginners through advanced, and competition. We also have Muay Thai, wrestling, self-defense focused classes, and women's only classes.

Beginner and advanced classes generally consist of a couple fundamental jiu jitsu movements to start, then the bulk of class time spent in instruction and drilling. The end of class will either have light positional sparring in beginners, or full sparring in advanced.

We offer both no gi and gi instruction in advanced and competition. All beginners classes are no gi in order to keep the cost of entry low for everyone. Beginners classes also follow a structured curriculum designed to teach you the basics of jiu jitsu.
